Our Humble Beginnings

Our business started from very humble beginnings. In middle school, three Watkins brothers began pulling weeds, mowing a lawn and installing mulch for a family friend. This led to other small random property maintenance projects for other friends and family through their middle and high school years. The middle brother, Rees Watkins, decided to pick up more lawns to mow while attending The Pennsylvania College of Techology’s Deisel Repair program. As the number of lawns and other landscape projects increased Rees refocused his educational pursuits to Landscape / Plant Production.

2021 Precision Land Care

In 2021, Precision Land Care was officially established. Soon after, youngest brother Grayson joined to support the growth, followed later that year by Cousin Noah Marks. With steady expansion through 2022 and 2023—adding staff and equipment, the company continued to flourish.

2025 Northway Outdoors

In early 2025, recognizing their roots on Northway Road in Williamsport, PA, the team rebranded as Northway Outdoors, aligning their identity with their heritage and vision.
